What Could LEhigh DO?

With as much as Lehigh is doing, there’s ROOM
for EVEN more…

Lehigh is making big strides in promoting equity and social change. By giving students the tools to lead, encourage collaboration, and expanding reach, Lehigh can inspire others to follow its lead and make a real difference.

The university has the potential to be a model for colleges across the country by helping students share gender equity initiatives with other campuses. Locally, it could strengthen its impact by creating more opportunities for students to team up with nearby schools and organizations on advocacy projects, giving them hands-on experience in making change happen.

Lehigh’s Center for Gender Equity could take things even further by hosting regional or national conferences where students from different universities can connect, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. This would help other schools build strong programs and expand the movement for gender equity.
